Your recordings never leave your device

Recording, scoring and video export all happen in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to: this version of the site has no sharing feature and no server that accepts audio or video. When you export a dub, the file is written straight to your device.

The microphone

The browser asks for permission the first time you press Record, and only then. The site holds the microphone while you are on the Stage and releases it when you leave. You can revoke permission at any time from the padlock in the address bar.

No accounts, no advertising

There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no email address, password or profile to lose. There is no advertising and no advertising network on any page.

What is stored on your device

Your takes are held in the page while you play. Nothing is written to a server. Clearing the page or closing the tab discards them.
